For my first shot at blogging I'll show you that flowers can be used for more than just bouquets!
Since our first grandchild (Hudson) is soon due to arrive, and up until now, all we've had is 'granddogs'; I decided to use them in our baby shower decor. Hudson's nursery has doggies in his decor as well, of course, so.......

~Baby and puppies on the cake; (expertly designed by Kathy at Oregon Dairy. )
~Diaper cake & pictures (by good friend and colleague Jonnaysa Kirkham of Planned Perfection. (she can do more than just great wedding planning :))
My second grandchild arrives in August so hopefully I can wow Lindsay with flower rubber ducky centerpieces! Check back in July for that one!
This weekend, my assistant Lynne and I are headed for Connecticut for a fabulous Floral Expo where we'll participate in workshops and seminars on the latest wedding designs and trends.
I'll post pictures of our favorites so check in again next week!

This is very useful information on the baby shower party and hope you had good time. I am planning to arrange my sister’s baby shower party and trying to find the finest venue NYC. Got to know about different venues and planning to book the perfect one.
